sometimes, i have this secret fantasy that i wished i was an icon. someone everyone seems to care about what happens in their lives. someone that influences, and someone most women wish to be like. who wouldn’t want to be drop dead gorgeous, adopt a bunch of kids and lead an exciting life traveling and filming movies that might make it to the future history of film textbooks and become and classic? i dunno… me?
but in retrospect, maybe not. maybe i don’t want my life to be under the world’s microscope. maybe if i was someone like that, i’d want to live an inconspicuous life. but then again… if i wanted to live my life like that, then i guess i wouldn’t have wanted to become a star in the first place. stars are meant to be seen, and stars are meant to shine. i guess that’s why they call them stars.
i wanna be a star.
